We are working in conjunction with another recruiter who are the lead recruiters and their client is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Chef de Partie to join their brigade near Sevenoaks.
This establishment is a part of a group of awarded winning pubs that use locally sourced products where possible, prepare all traditional, pub-grub dishes onsite and overall provide a homely, eating experience to all guests.
Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie with a previous experience in working in a similar establishment who is reliable, focused and seeking a new challenge.

In this type of industry teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
Must be competent in working on all sections in the kitchen with limited supervision.
Be organised and able to work effectively under pressure
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Managing and developing any Commis Chefs
You should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards
Monitoring portion and waste control
