KSB Recruitment are working with a stunning, picturesque hotel that is based in Weymouth.
They are currently looking for a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join their well-established team.
You will responsible for the Commis Pastry Chef that is always situated in the kitchen as well as liaising with the Head Chef.
As Pastry Chef you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place.
At least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef is preferred, ideally from a 2 AA Rosette background and be able to handle high volume.
