They are opening their doors to a strong Sous Chef who can fit well into the brigade and who can continue to offer hearty, fresh, traditional dishes to their foodie friends.
The ideal Sous Chef will be currently working within a fresh food environment who is passionate about using the freshest ingredients, enjoys building relationships with local suppliers and who is willing to invest their time and knowledge into developing junior members of the brigade.

Approximately £60.00 per week in tips!

What is our client is looking for from the successful Sous Chef?
Must be competent in working on all sections on the kitchen
Excellent eye for detail and have an artistic flare
Experience working in a fresh food environment
Be able to work under pressure whilst able to delivering food to a high standard
Support the Head Chef and manage the kitchen in his absence
Ensure that the kitchen is prepared for service and that Mise en Place is completed.
Work closely with junior members of the team to help grow and develop then through the brigade
